Classical Jazz at it’s best!  The Cousins hail from Myrtle Beach SC and bring their classic jazz repertoire to Winyah’s stage:  from the Great American Songbook and instrumental Jazz classics from artists including: Dexter Gordon, Wayne Shorter, Thelonious Monk, and Miles Davis. They also excel at contemporary Jazz, R&B, Soul, and classic Pop. The strength of the band lies in their breadth of repertoire-performing everything from Sam Cooke, to Nat“King” Cole, to John Coltrane, and The Jazz Crusaders. Their skills, education, passion, drive, and love for music is executed with precision as they thrive to present a quality show. Members include Tamir Mubarak, an ultra instrumentalist and vocalist, William Geraldon Piano with his roots in gospel music. Raymond D’Argenio, a Drummer from the Bronx who has played since the age of 13, and guitarist Justin Sanford who has performed live in a variety of genres since 2008. There is nothing like the experience you will have listening to the live music of The Cousins. Come along on their journey and you will leave feeling like FAMILY!
